They provide a supportive environment where you as parents can share experiences, gain insights into the emotions and developmental stages of your child's life, and receive practical guidance on navigating the challenges of parenting.

Each week, we will focus on key themes relevant to parenting, including:
Social Media: Helping your teenager navigate the digital world safely
Anxiety and Mental Health: Understanding and supporting your child through emotional challenges
Boundaries: Setting and maintaining healthy limits with your child
Communication: Enhancing dialogue and connection with your child
The groups offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for parents to discuss concerns, learn new strategies, and connect with others facing similar challenges.
