Integrative Humanistic & Psychodynamic Therapist | London & Online
I am a qualified Psychotherapist based in London and a registered member of the BACP, with BACP accreditation pending. I work in an integrative way, drawing on a range of therapeutic approaches including Gestalt, CBT, and Transactional Analysis to support each client’s individual needs. My training also includes specialist work withchildren and young people and an NVQ in Autism Awareness, and my practice is informed by attachment theory and neuroscience.
Alongside my private practice supporting adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, and eating-related concerns, I also work as an adolescent therapist with the not-for-profit charity, Youth Talk, supporting young people with a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
Each client is unique, and the approach is to tailor therapy to the individual. The aim is to create a space built on trust, where clients feel safe, supported, and free from judgement, enabling them to explore their thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for them.
Trust and confidentiality are at the heart of the practice, creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore and make sense of overwhelming emotions. With younger clients, creative approaches such as art, play, and fidget tools are often used to help neurodivergent children express their thoughts and feelings in ways that feel natural and comfortable for them.
Sessions are offered both in person and online, I have experience of supporting adults and young people from diverse backgrounds, including people from different countries and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
