Participants often join the group to explore:
You do not need to be in crisis to attend. Many people join simply because they are interested in personal growth and self-understanding.
Group size: 6–8 participants
Session length: 75 minutes
Frequency: Weekly
Location: Hampstead, North London
Format: In person
First step: Short initial consultation

The group provides a supportive space to explore your experiences alongside others. Participants are free to share at their own pace, and many people begin by listening before gradually contributing as they feel more comfortable.
Groups are facilitated by experienced therapists from the practice and are kept intentionally small to ensure a thoughtful and respectful environment.
We are currently gathering interest for the next Personal Development Group, which will begin once a small group of participants has formed.
If you would like to explore whether the group might be right for you, please get in touch to arrange a short initial consultation.
Places are limited to ensure a safe and supportive group environment.
